Former President Bill Clinton is "in good spirits" after a procedure to place two stents in one of his coronary arteries, according to a spokesman.

"President Clinton is in good spirits, and will continue to focus on the work of his Foundation and Haiti's relief and long-term recovery efforts," adviser Doug Band said in a statement.

The former president, who had quadruple bypass surgery in 2004, was to stay the night at Columbia Campus of New York Presbyterian Hospital, where he was admitted earlier Thursday.

Clinton, who is 63, had quadruple bypass surgery at the same hospital in 2004 after angiography revealed significant blockages in four coronary arteries.

Six months later, Clinton had surgery to remove fluid and scar tissue from his left chest cavity.

"It's not all that unusual six years out from bypass surgery to require such a procedure," said Dr. Jon Resar, director of the Adult Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory at Johns Hopkins Hospital in Maryland.

Mike Tyson’s 4-year-old daughter, Exodus, has passed away following the tragic accident with the treadmill cord. She had been on life support since she entered the hospital and was reported deceased early yesterday morning. Our condolences goes out to the family.

Exodus Tyson was pronounced dead just before noon, police Sgt. Andy Hill said. She had been on life support and police have said their investigation showed her injury on Monday was a “tragic accident.”

Former heavyweight champion Tyson was in Las Vegas at the time of the accident and flew on Monday to Phoenix, where he was seen entering the hospital.

Tyson spokeswoman Cynthia Schwartz said the family had not arranged a funeral yet.

Despite being bitter over the nude scene, Parker still very much enjoys playing her character on the show. "I like it the more extreme it is," she says. "But I don't like it when it's crass and crude for humor's sake, and I don't like when it's sentimental, when she's a sweet mother. To me, she's not that." "I didn't think I needed to be naked," she tells MORE magazine in its June issue. "I fought with the director about it, and now I am bitter. I knew it was going to be on the Internet: 'Mary Louise shows off her big nipples.' I wish I hadn't done that. I was goaded into it."

The show's co-executive producer, Roberto Benabib, defended the moment, stating that the nudity was necessary to convey the character's vulnerability. "We felt at that point in her life, defenses had been so thoroughly stripped away," he says. "There was a nonchalance to the nudity that informed the scene … I thought it was wonderful, one of the five best scenes Mary-Louise has ever done [on Weeds]."

Parker also talks about the pressures to look young in Hollywood, but she's not giving in to the knife anytime soon. "Somebody told me that they'd read I had all this work done, and showed me a picture and it was totally airbrushed ... it made me so mad," she says. "I don't like what that says to other women. I'm 44 and I look okay for 44. I'm not trying to look 34."

Mia Farrow plans to begin a hunger strike next week in solidarity with the people of Darfur.
The 64-year-old actress and humanitarian says she will begin a "fast of only water" on Monday "as a personal expression of outrage at a world that is somehow able to stand by and watch innocent men, women and children needlessly die of starvation, thirst and disease."

Farrow was moved to begin the hunger strike after the Sudanese government expelled international aid agencies from the country last month. Farrow says she is calling on world leaders to "help build a credible peace process" to end the violence in Darfur. Her protest is part of Genocide Prevention Month, a campaign to stop genocide worldwide.

Mia Farrow is to start a hunger strike next week in a bid to draw attention to the humanitarian crisis in the war-torn Darfur region of Sudan, a statement on the actress's website said Thursday.

"I undertake this fast in the heartfelt hope that world leaders who know what is just and right will call upon the Government of Sudan to urgently readmit all of the expelled agencies," said Farrow. She had set herself a target of three weeks.

"I am going to get my blood tested after two weeks and if there is organ damage, I will have to stop," she said.

The United Nations says 300,000 people have died -- many from disease and hunger -- and 2.7 million have been made homeless by the Darfur conflict which erupted in 2003. Khartoum puts the death toll at 10,000.

According to CBS News, Chen made the announcement Tuesday morning during the first hour of "The Early Show."

"So it wasn't a big Sunday at the buffet table," She says. "I'm starting to show now! And my due date is Oct. 4. So, fingers crossed, and ... I'm not taking maternity leave from 'Big Brother.' Cheer coach canned after Playboy pictures surface

In Playboy online, she was a "Cyber Girl of the Week" under the name Carlie Christine. But when officials in the San Juan Unified School District found out she was also Carlie Beck, cheerleading coach at Casa Roble High School, it apparently cost her her job.

According to district spokesman Trent Allen, Beck was hired in February and paid a stipend to coach cheerleading. But now, in Allen's words, "She's no longer employed by the district."

Allen would not elaborate, citing personnel confidentiality.
"I posed for Playboy before I was employed by the district," Beck told News10. "I feel I was honest and forthright about my modeling history before I was employed."

Cheerleading tryouts were postponed last week but started up again this week under the district's assistant cheerleading coach.

Parents and students were stunned at the news.

"It's kind of shocking because I had no idea that she would do something like that," said cheer parent Susan Calhoon. But she said her daughter enjoyed having Beck as her coach, adding, "She did a good job with the girls. I never heard anyone complain."

Some parents say the issue of Beck's pictures online came from parents who were upset their daughters didn't make the cheer squad.

"Jealousy issues or whatever between parents and other students and stuff like that with Carlie herself brought this all on," said parent Richard Spradling. His daughter is a cheerleader who says morale went up and the team turned around under Becker's guidance.

Calhoon said she believes the original complaint came from one disgruntled parent whose daughter wasn't allowed to try out for the team.

"I don't think it would have been an issue if her daughter would have been able to try out," Calhoon said.

Another parent, Sue Feather, said she felt sorry for Beck, but added it was a lesson for students, including her own freshman daughter at Casa Roble.

"Be careful what you get out there because it will follow you all the way through your life. And this is a great example for this gal and it's a great teaching moment as a mom for my child," Feather said.

Beck says she agrees that kids should be careful what they do online. "I went into this understanding that it would be on the internet and I think it's important that anything you put on the internet will be there the rest of your life and there is access to it, so it's important to understand that," she said.

Students who were aware of the situation generally seemed to feel the firing was unfair.

"I think that it shouldn't have anything to do with the school or anything. It was her personal life and it shouldn't have to be brought (up) for her career," said Casa Roble senior Rachael Powell.

Junior Megan Arosteguy agreed. "If she kept it secretive and made sure it wasn't any part of her cheer job, then I don't think it should have anything to do with it," Arosteguy said.

Beck says she plans to continue on with a modeling career that's included several less racy assignments. She says losing her coaching job was difficult for her. "I really learned to love these girls as well as their parents. And I definitely appreciate all of the support that I have been shown," she said.

PETA focuses on factory farming, fur farming, animal testing and animals used in entertainment, claiming that this kind of treatment is immoral and that animals shouldn’t suffer for our enjoyment.

The animal rights organization has been widely criticized by different political figures for their aggressive activism, acts that have even been compared to “terrorism” by some.

The latest PETA anti-fur adds has Khloe Kardashian posing n*de, the poster reading “fur? I’d rather go n*ked.” Khloe Kardashian is a television personality best known for appearing in the reality show “Keeping Up with the Kardashians.”

The actress has stated that after she was shown how animals were treated she was truly offended and wanted to do the add more. She also stated that everybody should watch the videos, even if they are disturbing, in order to understand what kind of punishment animals go through for no apparent reason.

The latest PETA campaign seems too aggressive and some say it’s cheap. Using “s*x” asa away to capture attention is not doing animals any good and in some small manner it diminishes women’s image in today’s society. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's Jolie-Pitt Foundation donated $100,000 to Global Action for Children, it was reported Thursday.

"With the holiday season upon us, we hope the generous gift from the Jolie-Pitt Foundation inspires others to give and focus on assisting orphans and highly vulnerable children around the world," the charity's executive director, Jennifer Delaney, said in a statement. "Each and every donation can truly make a difference in the life of a child."

In 2006, the couple - who are parents to three adopted children - donated $1 million to the GAC. According to tax filings, they donated more than $8 million to various charities through their foundation that year.

"GAC is honored to receive a second grant from the Jolie-Pitt Foundation, and we greatly appreciate the Jolie-Pitt Family's continued commitment to and support of our work," Delaney added.

Grammy nominations hit prime-time with TV special

So the Recording Academy is trying something different when it announces its nominees for its upcoming Grammys. Instead of its traditional morning roll call of nominee names at a staid press conference, top nominees will be revealed during a prime-time concert special to air live Wednesday on CBS.

Among the performers are Mariah Carey, John Mayer and Taylor Swift — a potential nominee.

"This gives us an opportunity to have more music on television and ... really bring the ultimate amount of attention to the beginning of Grammy season," Neil Portnow, president and chief executive of the Recording Academy, said in an interview. "It's a more grand way to initiate Grammy season for us."

Swift and LL Cool J are set to host the Grammy show, which will announce nominees in just a handful of the Grammy Awards' 110 categories. The nominations special — also set to include performances by Foo Fighters, Celine Dion and B.B. King — "has great potential" to become an annual event, Portnow said, adding that artists will perform classic recordings recently inducted into the Grammy Hall of Fame. Portnow also hinted that several newly nominated artists would be on hand Wednesday to talk about their nominations.

Swift is likely to be among them. The 18-year-old was nominated last year for a best new artist Grammy and was named favorite female country artist at last month's American Music Awards. Her debut album, released in 2006, has sold more than 3 million copies and her new CD, "Fearless," topped the charts when it was releases last month.

Carey is another Grammy darling — she scooped up three awards in 2005 — who could be nominated for her latest CD, "EMC2."

As Amy recovered in hospital yesterday, her druggie husband, 26 – out on early release – failed to get a cut in his 27-month sentence for attacking a pub landlord and perverting justice by trying to cover it up.

A condition of being let out is that he completes the remainder of his term at a rehab clinic.

As he left London’s Court of Appeal, he said of his wife: “I’m in love with her.”

Amy is paying his £32,000 treatment fee but has not visited him. Pals claim she wants to sever ties.

One said: “While Blake was inside Amy looked like she was finally getting her life back together.”

Amy’s row over the phone on Saturday was followed by a bender that lasted until the next day.

The source said: “It didn’t stop until she was on the floor on Sunday. She has ended up in hospital a few times after similar drink and drugs related seizures. If she carries on, one of these incidents will be her last.”

For someone who always complains when he doesn’t win an award, West is making it a tradition of giving away the awards he actually does win, with West telling the crowd, “And I want to give this award to [Lil] Wayne, for this year.

If it was last year, this would have been my award.” West also ranted during another acceptance speech “We’re going to push this music to the point where it was like in the ’60s, in the ’70s, where you talk about Led Zeppelin and Hendrix and the Beatles. Like mother like daughter. Earlier this week, Kellyn Lindemann appeared on an episode of “The Girls Next Door” as part of her audition for the 55th edition of Playb*y’s centerfold.

Lindemann, an Arizona State graduate, was shown topless (with the naughty parts blurred out… this isn’t HBO folks) and she wasn’t shy about it. But maybe that's because the 29-year-old isn’t new to the Playb*y concept.

Lindemann’s mom, Bo Black, was featured on the cover of Playboy magazine in September 1967. The difference? Bo was wearing a whole lot more than her daughter. The unreal reality show, now in its fifth season, follows Hugh Hefner and his girlfriends as they loll around the Playboy Mansion in Los Angeles. This season includes on-air tryouts by hundreds of women to be the magazine's 55th anniversary Playmate.

So Kellyn and a friend headed over to the mansion to try out. That was in January, but it's just now airing. She appears on the show for just a few seconds, but long enough to get half-naked and mention that her mom was once in Playboy.

"She is shown topless, which I would have never done. But nowadays things have changed, and they even have topless beaches," Bo wrote.

Kellyn was topless, but she's not quite shown that way. The producers blur out the particular flesh that the FCC won't allow on television.

It's no big deal, she said when we talked by telephone Tuesday.

"I was not aware that part would be on television. But it was part of the day. If you're in the entertainment industry, that's just kind of something you have to get used to," Kellyn said. "I'm actually a fairly religious person. Our body is a gift from God. I look at it more as art. Bo taught us to celebrate who we are and be comfortable with ourselves."

Bo said she sobbed when her Playboy appearance 16 years earlier made the news in Milwaukee right about the time she was chosen to head Summerfest in 1983.

"Now I look back and think what am I crying for? Funny how life works," Bo wrote in her e-mail.

Kellyn, 29 and single, grew up in Milwaukee and has been modeling since she was 8, including ads for Kohl's and Boston Store. She graduated from University School of Milwaukee and moved away to attend Arizona State University.

These days she lives in Los Angeles and makes her living modeling and acting. She's been in a swimsuit calendar for animal rescue and in Stuff magazine, but nothing nude, she said. Her acting credits include the hot tub girl on "Cavemen," a hot bartender on "Ugly Betty" and the Viceroy swimsuit girl on "The Sopranos," according to her online bio.

I'm telling you about Kellyn because, let's face it, Bo is still one of the biggest celebrities we have in Milwaukee even though she doesn't live here anymore. She was the face of Summerfest for 20 years. She's married to former Brewers skipper Tom Trebelhorn and they live in Scottsdale, Ariz. She has two other grown children.

Serious health problems have slowed Bo down, but she says she's writing a book based on her life. She has given the main characters new names. She is Penelope Pia, for instance, Treb is Daring Ventures, and Kellyn is Regina Regal.

OK, getting back to Kellyn, she said it looks like she won't be the 55th anniversary gal, which pays $55,000 compared with the $150 her mom received back in the day. That issue of the magazine comes out in December, so presumably it's already been shot.

"I read in a blog that they picked a Russian Playmate, but I'm not sure if that's true," she said. "I knew it would be a long shot. But it was really a fun and exciting day."

And the experience will flesh out her résumé.

Former New York governor Eliot L. Spitzer will not face criminal charges for his role in a prostitution scandal that drove him from office this year, prosecutors announced yesterday.

Investigators for the FBI and the Internal Revenue Service uncovered no evidence that Eliot Spitzer had misused public or campaign money to pay women employed by the Emperors Club VIP, a high-priced New York prostitution ring.

Justice Department guidelines disfavor indictments against clients of prostitution rings, even those who transport women across state lines to have sex in violation of the Mann Act. Eliot Spitzer acknowledged making payments to the service, which amounted to "acceptance of responsibility for his conduct," said Michael J. Garcia, U.S. attorney for the Southern District of New York.

"We have concluded that the public interest would not be further advanced by filing criminal charges in this matter," he said in a statement issued yesterday.

In all, four people connected to the Emperors Club as bookers and organizers pleaded guilty to criminal offenses for their roles in the scandal. Authorities looked closely at building a case against Eliot Spitzer based on his withdrawals of money and his payments to a shell company called QAT Consulting Group. But they ultimately determined that there was "insufficient evidence" to proceed against him, Garcia said.

Eliot Spitzer, a Democrat who had crusaded against Wall Street abuses as New York's attorney general, encountered a rockier path in Albany, where he clashed with the Republican majority leader and even members of his own political camp.

In recent months, Eliot Spitzer receded from public view, working at his father's real estate investment company and maintaining an unusual silence for a man who once dominated the headlines and used his office as a bully pulpit. Behind the scenes, defense attorneys Theodore V. Wells Jr. and Michele Hirshman provided financial data to prosecutors in an effort to persuade them to drop the case.

Yesterday, Eliot Spitzer made a statement through a New York public relations firm saying that he appreciated "the impartiality and thoroughness of the investigation."

"I resigned my position as governor because I recognized that my conduct was unworthy of an elected official. I once again apologize for my actions, and for the pain and disappointment those actions caused my family and the many people who supported me during my career in public life," he said.

The disclosure in March that Eliot Spitzer was "Client-9" in a seamy affidavit involving an international prostitution operation set off a media firestorm. Room 871 of Washington's Mayflower Hotel, where Eliot Spitzer had a rendezvous with prostitute Ashley Alexandra Dupre in February, became a minor tourist attraction. FBI agents previously had trailed Spitzer to the hotel in an unsuccessful effort to catch him in the act.

Don Buchwald, an attorney for Ashley Dupre, said yesterday that she is "pleased the matter is behind her."

Prosecutors said their investigation began as an effort to determine whether the governor was engaged in public corruption. They noticed unusual payments from Spitzer into the QAT Consulting bank account, an account that had been used to launder more than $1 million from the prostitution ring.

Investigators obtained wiretaps in which Eliot Spitzer and other customers arranged liaisons with women, sometimes paying more than $4,000 per night.

Eliot Spitzer resigned in the middle of his first gubernatorial term, at a news conference in which his wife, Silda Wall Spitzer, stood gravely by his side.

Election News - An Election Form Guide

Today, all eyes are on the U.S. presidential election. There’s certainly plenty to follow, and in my latest Wall Street Journal column, David Rothschild and I begin by highlighting the most interesting markets to track. The big one is obviously who will be the next president:

Barack Obama’s stock has risen in recent days, and he is now rated a 90 percent chance to win [update: now 93 percent], after holding steady at about 85 percent for most of the week. But we think this understates the true chances. Given the bias these markets typically exhibit against favorites, he may be as much as a 98 percent chance to win.

Incidentally, this forecast coincides with Nate Silver’s updated numbers at FiveThirtyEight.com.

When is the right time to start watching the markets? Throughout the day you will see the markets respond to early indications of voter turnout, to rumors, and to leaked exit polls. While the markets may give more false signals, the benefit is that they will keep you ahead of the televised talking heads:

Expect the networks to be reluctant to “call” a state on the basis of exit polls that are anything other than conclusive. By contrast, traders will respond immediately to any news. … In the 2006 election, we observed the prediction markets moving sharply for the winning Senatorial candidates at least half an hour before the major networks discussed the trends.

And for those in need of an hour-by-hour guide:

Approaching 7 p.m., Virginia, Georgia, and Indiana will be closing their polls. Virginia currently rates Sen. Obama an 86 percent chance to win this large state. Virginia is a useful bellwether for the validity of pre-election polls, and an Obama hiccup in this state could provide the first hints of a Bradley effect. By contrast, an Obama victory in Indiana, or even keeping the election close in Georgia (where he is rated a 25 percent chance to win), would send Sen. Obama’s stock soaring. If this occurs, the networks — looking to build tension — won’t call the election, but traders will call the race immediately, potentially allowing market-watchers to begin celebrating, or drowning their sorrows.

Approaching 8 p.m., Pennsylvania’s polls will close. If all of the states are lined up from most likely to go Obama to least likely, Pennsylvania is the pivotal state that puts each candidate over the line. [It is] just over a 90 percent chance for Obama. … Any sharp movement in the Pennsylvania market will be paralleled by an equally sharp shift in the chances of an overall Obama victory.

Those election-watchers who want the tension to continue past 8:30 p.m. should be cheering for an uptick in Sen. McCain’s stock in Pennsylvania. If this doesn’t occur, then the only real question will be whether we are looking at an Obama landslide. … Markets currently rate Missouri a tossup at around 50 percent. If Sen. Obama wins, we expect him to ultimately prevail by as many as 200 electoral college votes.

Approaching 9 p.m., attention will focus on Colorado [which] is currently rated a 90 percent chance to vote Democratic. Unless Sen. McCain sweeps every state in which he is currently favored, then Colorado is a must-win for him.

Among those confirmed to be joining Hawes and Wilson are their regular investigators -- Steve Gonsalves, Dave Tango and Kris Williams -- along with familiar face Donna LaCroix and Robb Demarest and Dustin Pari from the spinoff series "Ghost Hunters International." Also on hand is Amanda Tapping, star of the new Sci Fi Channel series "Sanctuary."

Last year, Hawes and Wilson and their organization, The Atlantic Paranormal Society, chose to revisit the rambling Waverly Hills Sanatorium in Louisville, Ky. Built in the 1920s, the huge Gothic structure could accommodate more than 400 patients.

This Friday, Oct. 31, Hawes and Wilson take T. A. P. S. on a ferry ride to Pea Patch Island in the Delaware River to do a second, now live investigation of Fort Delaware, an early 19th-century battlement that became a POW camp during the Civil War.T. A. P. S. doesn't just show up at a location with a few psychics, a couple of dowsing rods and a crystal ball.

Its investigative technique is based more in hard evidence, so there are cameras (regular, night vision and thermal imaging -- in addition to those that record the show for broadcast), digital recorders and a variety of devices to measure electromagnetic fields, temperature and so on.

Rumors that Miley Cyrus was killed in a tragic automobile accident on Friday, September 5th are not true. The rumors were started on sites like digg.com and wikipedia by a someone who apparently hasn’t spent a lot of time in school. The Miley Cyrus dead rumor took off from there and took on a life of its own - so to speak.

The problem is that regardless of how many times its reported that the car accident didn’t happen and the 15 year old Hannah Montana star is still alive and well, people are still believing that it happened.

Another problem is, that the perpetrators of the hoax can’t spell worth a lick. They reported that the “Rueters” [sic] story is as follows:

I’m hoping that the punks that started the rumor are from Europe, since they spelled ‘center’ the European way, ‘centre’. But that’s hard to tell considering that so many other words are misspelled. I’m pretty sure that Reuters doesn’t really hire people who can’t spell any better than the example above would make it seem.

It doesn’t matter where they come from, it just says a lot about the state of our educational system. If nothing else, you’d think they could turn on their spell check.

For this battle, the B.P.R.D. must travel between the surface strata of the humans and the hidden magical one, where creatures of fantasy rule. And Hellboy, a creature of both worlds who's accepted by neither, must choose between the life he knows and an unknown destiny that beckons.

Hellboy wouldn't be Hellboy without Ron Perlman returning in the title role. Fortunately, the actor was up for getting back into the boots of his favorite role, a character he describes as "a complete underachieving, lazy slob...a beer-drinking, football-watching average American guy who has no desire to be a superhero," explains Perlman. "He just happens to have these abilities commensurate with where he's from and who he is. His idea of a perfect day is pizza and beer and watching The Three Stooges and Marx Brothers movies. His extraordinary superhuman traits are coincidental and not something he aspires to."

Perlman also looked forward to working again with his longtime director. Of del Toro, he states, "The depth of his intellect and accumulated knowledge, based on this voracious curiosity to read anything about why people need to tell stories-including all types of mythology from all cultures-is what sets him apart." Also, he agreed with the filmmaker's fascination to tell this type of story. "Guillermo is a great storyteller, because he understands the need for people to pass down fables and myths, as well as to look at the huge, errors that are made by humans as a result of their frailties and vulnerabilities."

Del Toro also knew Hellboy couldn't return without his sarcastic romantic sidekick, Liz, back for another round of dazzling pyrokinesis. Perlman's partner in crime fighting would again be actress Selma Blair, the only performer the director and producers felt could do Liz justice. Says del Toro, "In the comic, Liz is always very brooding, very dark, distant; she's never relaxed. Selma nailed that."

Blair respected the fact that fans of the comic book and film franchise have a special place in their hearts for Liz. The pyrokinetic remained beautiful, yet untouchable, to anyone for fear that she would accidentally harm them...until she met Hellboy. Blair reflects, "Hellboy has some really die-hard fans, and all of us are grateful that their devotion has given us the chance to tell the story with Guillermo."

Most of the actors spent hours in the chair being fitted with heavy make-up and latex prosthetics to play mythical creatures, except Blair, who couldn't help but taunt her fellow cast members about her simple wardrobe.

She says, "I was very naughty in that department. On the hottest days, when the other actors couldn't breathe in their makeup, I breeze in and say how sweaty I feel in my cotton tank top.

"It's just as well Ron Perlman is my next-door neighbour in real life and knows my sense of humour."

As Liz and Red move into a relationship, they are coping with the same irritations as most couples...plus some unique issues that occur when a recovering demon falls in love with a fire starter. "Petty things are really amplified when you have superpowers," laughs Blair, whose character has finally come to embrace the pyrokinetic energy that used to threaten everyone who came near. "When Hellboy and Liz have a row, it's not just, 'Okay, I'm going for a walk, see you later,'" she explains. "It's more like, 'I'm going to blow up this damn kitchen and will see you later.'"

"I have always loved movies where the star is the monster. That has branded my view of art and storytelling all my life," says del Toro. The director demonstrates this devotion to monsters of all shapes and sizes in Hellboy II: The Golden Army. "In the first movie, we did big, big creatures," he says. "One thing I wanted to explore this time was what would happen if the first attack came from tiny creatures that are actually cute."

Hence, the tooth fairies were born. Dainty and almost Tinkerbell-like, the fairies have little else in common with their spritely namesake; they have an insatiable appetite for calcium and are happiest when eating through human flesh to get to it. "Guillermo outdid himself on the cuteness scale with the tooth fairies, but they're nasty little things," says Selma Blair.

Prosthetic creatures abound in Hellboy II: The Golden Army. With more than two dozen of them on set over the course of the shoot, the Hellboy II creature department was one of the production's largest. Spectral Motion from Los Angeles took charge of 15 characters. Solution Studios, Creature Effects and Euroart Studios from the U.K., DDT from Spain and Filmefex from Hungary also made contributions to the horde of trolls, goblins and creatures of the night.

"This is the most massively scaled film I've ever worked on," says Mike Elizalde, founder of Spectral Motion. "It's been challenging, but also rewarding because of the cleverness and relevance to the story that each character has."

After shooting had wrapped and the layers of prosthetics had been peeled away, writer/director del Toro reflected on the draw of the hero with whom he has spent much of the last decade trying to explain: "Hellboy is an unlikely good guy with a blue-collar attitude and a big heart for his family of freaks. I identify with him 100 percent. He has an extraordinary job, but a workman-like mentality. He struggles with inner demons and fights against what others see as his destiny. His is a story of nature vs. nurture, which offers simple but beautiful truths about what it is to be human."

And that is the type of story del Toro best shares. "I would love for people to find within Hellboy movies their favorite monsters," he concludes. "We all need monsters to dream, and that's what we're doing."

Bachelorette finale - DeAnna Pappas Chooses Jesse ???

Earlier today we made our pick for tonight’s Season Finale of the Bachelorette and, what can we say, we were wrong.

DeAnna Pappas, the woman who had her heart broken during the final Rose Ceremony just a few seasons ago, destroyed the heart of Jason, the single dad who was loved by DeAnna’s family and supposedly adored by DeAnna.

But in a shocking twist of events, DeAnna chose Jesse, the free spirited snowboarder who had a difficult time warming up to DeAnna’s family and was a long shot from the moment he stepped out of the limo in a loud, printed suit on the first day.

And while DeAnna insists she’s found her soul mate, fans of the show are furious over Jason’s heartache.

Not only did DeAnna break Jason’s heart, she also broke his son’s heart, who she met on her and Jason’s hometown date.

DeAnna thinks she’s found the fairytale ending with Jesse but we think otherwise.

What can we say, at least she picked someone, that's more than we can say for her former so-called boyfriend, Brad Womack.

Showing off her baby bump in a snug grey top, Gwen Stefani accompanied hubby Gavin Rossdale to watch a tennis semi-final at Wimbledon in London on Friday (July 4).

The “Hollaback Girl” singer and her man sat alongside tennis great Roger Federer’s girlfriend, Mirka Vavrinec - with all three watching intently as Roger rolled through Marat Safin in straight sets to reach his sixth consecutive Wimbledon final.

According to AP reports, “Federer left Safin shaking his head in bewilderment as he switched on cruise control to clinch his 6-3 7-6 (7-3) 6-4 victory in just one hour and 41 minutes and make Sunday’s final without dropping a set.”

Besides checking out the tennis tournament, Stefani recently spoke to Look magazine about life in general, telling: “I’ve already accomplished everything I originally wanted to. Most of my dreams have come true. What has changed is that at this point in my life I also have the comfort that comes from knowing I’m making a family and that there’s a different meaning to my work. It’s a little more special now.”

She and Rossdale are expecting their second child together next month.

Gwen Stefani and Gavin Rossdale spent another day cheering on their friend Roger Federer at Wimbledon today.

The couple sat with the Swiss star’s girlfriend Mirka Vavrinec during the tense final - his sixth in a row - which was postponed for over an hour due to rain.

Heavily-pregnant Stefani – who is due next month - looked fit to burst as she smiled and chatted with her husband in between sets, but had to settle for seeing Federer come second to Spain's Rafael Nadal.

Ashley Dupre - Spitzer's Ex Call Girl Drops Lawsuit Against Girls Gone Wild

Ashley Dupre, the young woman involved in a salacious scandal that saw the demise of former New York Governor Eliot Spitzer, has dropped a lawsuit filed against "Girls Gone Wild" and its founder, Joe Francis.

In the $10 million federal lawsuit Dupre claimed that Francis exploited her image and name on the internet. Dupre has since voluntarily dismissed the lawsuit, according to court documents filed on Thursday.

Dupre said that she was just 17 when she signed a contract giving permission to appear in the Girls Gone Wild videos. In the lawsuit she says she was on Spring Break in Miami Beach in 2003, when she was approached by Girls Gone Wild crew, who gave her alcoholic drinks and a release form to sign.

According to Joe Francis, Dupre was on the Girls Gone Wild bus for a week, and made seven full-length videos. After Dupre filed the lawsuit, Francis released a video which showed Durpe giving her name as Amber Arpaio. Thats Right! As you all know I am glued to celeb reality shows and I have been following the Shot at Love 2 with Tila Tequila intently. Although Jay from “Jersey” was from my home town area, I was a little pissed that he was such a hot head and trashed everything when she told him Jersey wants him back. Keep your Cool Jersey!

Anyway, we get down to the final episode with Bo and Kristy and I figure it’s going to be the typical showdown ceremony where she talks to both of them one by one and then picks one in front of the other. Instead, Tila meets with Bo first and tells him that his shot has ended.

At this point I look at the clock and realize that there is still 20 minutes left in the episode. Somethings up and I cant really tell where they are going. My guess at this point was that Tila wasn’t going to choose either of them and as a surprise, bring back Bobby from last season.

I was wrong in a big way. I was right to think something was up, but it definitely came in a different package. Kristy arrives in her nice stretch limo to enter in to the last speech with Tila. They are up on the ice sculpture filled stage set in the middle of the pool for the big moment of the show. Tila goes into her speech about how Kristy is the one and bla bla bla…

Kristy then tells Tila she is not ready for this? What! So all the other shows you did were bull? I was confused and happy to see a new twist to the drama. Then after doing a little internet research I found that Kristy was featured in College Girls Nov. Dec. 2005, Natural Beauties Feb. 2006, Top 100 Special Editions Playmates March 2006, and Hot Shots 2007.

The spoiler speculation was confirmed by tonight’s show. DeAnna does in fact send bachelor Jeremy home. I really thought Jeremy was going to be in the final 2 a while back. I was hoping that the pictures I previously published were wrong.

Don’t get me wrong, I think all 3 finalists are good guys. We all think we know who is best for DeAnna and I thought Jeremy was her best match and thought she was attracted to Graham the most. Actually, I thought Graham would be in the final 3 too, if not the final 2. This season is definitely been a challenge trying to figure out who she is going to choose. Personally, I think she is still in love with Graham and is still not really over him. She seemed to really care about what he thought during the “men tell all” episode.

This week, I think the audience was able to see more into the quietness of Jeremy. I think many people are disturbed by people who are quiet or introverted. Yours truly is no exception. I am not Mr. Social so I can relate to the way Jeremy’s personality comes across. Many of the other bachelors on the show are simply insecure about themselves and I think that is why they hate Jeremy so much.

If you look at Jeremy from what you see on the show, he is actually a good guy just like the rest. He actually seems very sincere about his feelings and was in it for the right reason. Check out this clip of DeAnna and Jeremy from last week here. I get the feeling Jeremy took a leap-of-faith-chance and left himself open to find Mrs. Right and definitely opened up more than he was ever comfortable emotionally.

This reminds me of the time when a previous Bachelorette Meredith told Matthew (1 of the final 2) “that it would make her happy if she got a ring from him” the night before the final rose ceremony. Of course, she look like a jerk after she sent him home packing. OUCH! All I can say is you can feel the pain Jeremy was in. DeAnna and Jeremy to me would have been another Trista and Ryan.

Last week, Graham was sent home without a rose. She definitely was into him. It was his to lose and he lost it. After reading all the interviews out there about him, he seems even more likable than the way he was edited on the show. From what I read in the forums, he is no longer a pro basketball player and is a partial owner of a bar. Sound familiar? Either way, I think he was upfront with his feelings with DeAnna and basically allowed himself to be cut. He seemed to be true to himself. Definitely read the interviews he did afterwards and you will have more insight to him.

I guess I am really wondering most is what type of feelings she has for the final two bachelors. I don’t really see the connection, or at least a strong physical connection like the one she had with Graham, or an emotional connection like the one she had with Jeremy.

Both Jesse and Jason seem to be great guys, but I just don’t know how she goes from Graham and Jeremy to Jesse and Jason from her feelings. I listen to the voice overs DeAnna says when talking about these guys, but I really don’t see them displayed on the show in her actions. You could see them with Graham and Jeremy, even if the sound was turned off ,by her body language and facial expressions.

Obviously, I don’t know what she is thinking or feeling, but I can listen to what she is saying and watch what she is doing, and there is definitely a disconnect for the audience. If you read the forums, which I do from time to time (after every episode lol), then you can confirm what you see with others and see if they see it the same way. I noticed there were many Graham and Jeremy fans. Much more than Jesse and Jason fans. I really am stumped this season as far as who her final choice will be.

I think there are more Jason fans then Jesse fans because of the kid factor. As for the best match, I just can’t figure it out. I think it is because I couldn’t guess these would be the final 2 guys. She doesn’t have the super duper physical attraction or the telepathic emotional link with these 2 guys.

This would be the season where I could understand it if she said at this point, I can’t pick any of these guys because I am still in love with Brad, err I mean Graham, no, I mean Jeremy. Of course, she would be crying. I am starting to wonder how much tears her tear ducts hold because it seems to me she cries in every episode. Maybe even between every commercial break.

I don’t think I will make the right guess this season. Technically, I am already wrong since I thought it would be Jeremy. What has surprised me is that the forums people at Fans at Reality TV have been pretty accurate with all the “rumors” out there. I heard rumors that Graham was going home which I found hard to believe.

His Bunn was toast. Dohhh!. Then I heard rumors Jeremy was next with shocking photos included. They must be photoshopped. Nope, Jeremy went home not only broken heartened, but broken into a million pieces. 2 rumors that turned out to be factually correct. So really, all I have to do is read the forums and find the next rumor.

One rumor is that there will be 2 roses on the stand, one for Jason and one for his kid. That would be the Sleepless in Seattle movie ending. In that movie Tom Hanks is from Seattle and has a kid. I think the woman he meets up with is Meg Ryan. Those 2 sure look much different now. Especially Meg Ryan.

After discussing it with my wife, based on what we saw on the last episode and what we saw in the “men tell all” episode, we think it will be Jason, the single father from Seattle. I heard about the rumor that there will be 2 roses at the end but in the preview scene they only show one that can be seen.

However, earlier in the date with Jason, DeAnna asks if his son knows where he’s at. He responds to something to the effect that he told Ty that he was trying to get another flower from DeAnna. Jason then said Ty wanted to get a rose too. I think this would fit into the rumor of 2 roses.

Of course, they finally did show the preview, and in the past you could always tell who would get the final rose based on the time of day. The person who comes out first is turned down, and the second person to come out is the one that gets the rose. In this scene, the sun is higher up in the sky based on the way it cast shadows on Jesse’s clothes and DeAnna’s face.

When Jason gets down on one knee, you can tell it is later in the day and the sun is more at sunset level. On a side note, in this preview clip Jason and DeAnna kiss on the lips. Jesse and DeAnna don’t kiss on the lips. Again, this is all based on the preview clip. For some real nitty gritty analysis go to the Fans at Reality TV forum, because they are pros who spend way more time than we do and they seem to get pictures before the rest of the public.

Hulk Hogan talks to Larry King ???

Wrestling legend Hulk Hogan appeared on CNN’s Larry King Live on Tuesday night to discuss the situation surrounding Hogan’s son, Nick. Nick Hogan is currently serving an eight month jail sentence for an accident which has left his friend, John Graziano in a semi-conscience state. The younger Hogan was convicted of reckless driving in the case.

Hogan, who was joined on set by Nick’s lawyer David Houston, told Larry King that he had spoken to his son just prior to appearing on the broadcast. Hogan voiced concerns over the circumstances of his son’s incarceration.

When asked if he thought his son should serve jail time, Hogan said his son wanted to be held accountable for his actions. Hogan stated that others in this situation generally receive probation but suggested that his son was used as an example to others because of who he is.

Hogan denied many of the more damning allegations about the accident such as the report that his son was racing another car at the time of the accident and that Hogan purchased alcohol for his son on the day the accident took place.

Hogan said that his family had been close with Graziano and that he “loved that kid”. Jailhouse tapes of Hogan and his son that were recently released seem to suggest different feelings about Graziano. On the tapes, Hogan is heard saying “For some reason, God laid some heavy $&%* on that kid. I don’t know what he was into”. Hogan and Nick are also heard discussing plans for a new reality show. Hogan said that these statements were made by a desperate father who was trying to keep his son’s mental state together. “Did I say things wrong, yes,” Hogan told King. “I never meant to hurt John or the Graziano family.” Hogan also said that many of his statements were taken out of context.

The Graziano family has filed a civil suit against Nick Hogan and his family. Hogan said he completely understands how Graziano’s parents feel. Hogan said the situation doesn’t change the way he feels about Graziano or his family. Hogan said that he has provided $5,000 a month for John’s mother living expenses and also has helped put John’s brother through college (before the accident).

In response to an email question that asked how he would feel if the situation was reversed, Hogan said, “I would forgive.”

At the end of the broadcast, Hogan began to breakdown and said his main focus is his children and John Graziano. Hogan made multiple references to God and his religion and he said he believes this incident is part of God’s bigger plan. Hogan concluded the interview by saying that he felt that his family had the support of the general public.

Lawyers for the Graziano family will have a response to Hogan’s interview on the CNN Headline News program, Nancy Grace later this week.

A fierce bidding war has broken out between two celebrity gossip magazines for the first exclusive pictures of Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt's twins.

Two of America's leading magazines, OK! and People, are reportedly battling it out to get their mitts on snaps of Brangelina's as yet unborn twins.

Jolie and Pitt are expecting twins to add to their brood of adopted children, Maddox, Pax and Zahara, and biological daughter Shiloh.

According to celebrity gossip website TMZ.com, bidding has soared to US $15 million (NZ $19 million), and counting.

A rep for People says: "We'd love to see the photos in People. We wish the family well."

However, rival publisher OK! has been tight-lipped over proceedings and declined to comment on any figures; reps would only admit that the magazine would be "foolish" not to bid for the exclusive snaps.

If the mooted $15 million figure is to be believed, it eclipses the mullah coughed up by People for pictures of the couple's first baby Shiloh in 2006. The magazine reportedly paid $4.1 million for the North American rights to the pictures at the time.

All profits from the sale of the pictures were donated to charity by Brangelina.

Rumours were rife late last week that Jolie had already given birth in France, after she went into labour on Sunday.

US TV show Entertainment Tonight claimed Jolie had given birth to two girls, and that the proud parents had already named them Isla (pronounced eye-la) Marcheline (after Jolie's mother) and Amelie Jane (after Pitt's mother) Jolie-Pitt.

Jolie's rep later dismissed the claims: "Angelina has not given birth. She is fine, enjoying her home and her family in France," Jolie's rep said.

So what prompted ET's botched exclusive?

It appears that their premature announcement wasn't as ill-judged as you might think.

Someone has been impersonating Jolie's personal assistant and been feeding porkie pies to the press, according to the star's lawyers.

The imposter reportedly used a fake email address to distribute fake and erroneous reports to the press, including news of Jolie's twin non-birth last week.

Jolie's lawyers distributed this letter to key media yesterday: "A random individual has engaged in a scheme to intentionally harm my client and deceive her fans, the public and the media through illegal and tortuous impersonation of Ms Jolie's long-time assistant, Holly.

"The individual who claims to be, and to whom the media has relied upon as, a 'reliable source' is not my client's assistant, nor does the email address belong to my client's assistant."

I bet Jolie's positively fuming over this one.

Dress drama

Sarah Jessica Parker is reportedly furious after she was tricked into wearing a third-hand dress to the premiere of Sex and The City: The Movie in New York last week.

SJP wore a designer dress to the premiere, and was assured by her people that no one had worn it before.

However, it transpires that Lindsay Lohan wore the very same dress to a star-studded party earlier this year, and it was also photographed on the back of some socialite in New York last month.

Parker is spitting tacks over the affair: "In the big picture, this is not important, but there is a relationship between the entertainment industry and fashion. We've watched sales dwindle and we've watched people be less inclined to spend money on clothes," she reportedly said.

O Ambassadors on The Oprah Winfrey Show

This new program aimed to motivate and educate 1 million youth to get involved and create positive change. This program was a joint collaboration between Oprah’s Angel Network and Free The Children. The website is at www.oambassadors.org.

The O Ambassadors program drew inspiration from Free The Children’s example. Craig Kielburger is the founder of Free The Children. Some goals from the O Ambassadors program included the education and connection of youth with communities/ projects in developing countries. This was launched in September 2007 and around 1000 schools in US and Canada have started O Ambassadors Clubs in their schools.

Bonney Lake, WA (KING) - Some residents in Washington State are upset about the recent rash of bikini-clad coffee servers, and they're doing something about it.

Over the last several months, several coffee shops have popped up featuring women serving coffee wearing clothes usually worn at the beach or the pool.

The Cowgirls Espresso, one such shop, says they're getting great business.

However, one mother says there's another store which took it even further, with baristas wearing pasties.

"All of a sudden, my kids that were in the back of my car said: 'Mom, there is a naked lady!'" said Tawnya McLavey.

She's now organizing a protest on the Memorial Day weekend, to tell the coffee shops that they don't like what they're doing.

McClavey called police to complain, but they said there's nothing which can be done because the outfits aren't considered indecent exposure.

It seems that since the death of Anna Nicole Smith, she has been surrounded in controversy; the first was her death itself which was of an accidental prescription drug overdose. The second was the ongoing battle in court over the legal battle of her daughter. Then there is still the ongoing battle of the will of oil tycoon Howard Marshall, who Anna married at age 26. Marshell died 14 months later and his fortune of $1.6 billion dollars is still being contested.

But she recovered in time to totter into the Royal Albert Hall in London to host the awards.

Moments later she reappeared in a sleeker, figure-hugging red dress after performing a very quick change.

Her two contrasting looks were sure to win points with the fashion pundits - especially when set alongside opera singer Sarah Brightman who stunned fans with her risque leather ensemble.

The 47-year-old soprano stood out from the predominantly black tie crowd as she teamed a PVC wraparound jacket with thigh high leather boots and purple feather boa.

New Zealand opera singer Hayley Westenra, 21 and former G4 tenor Jonathan Ansell, 26, also caused a stir by driving on to the red carpet riding a carriage attached to a motorcycle.

The pair formed a friendship last year when Westerna duetted with Ansell on the track Un Giorno Per Nol from Romeo and Juliet on his solo album Tenor At The Movies.

Other stars at last night's ceremony included Andrea Bocelli, Lesley Garrett, violinist Nicola Benedetti, Natasha Marsh, Icelandic tenor Garðar Thór Cortes, Russia's Anna Netrebko and British quartets Blake and All Angels.

A source close to Mariah Carey told Access Hollywood that the diva is engaged to singer-actor Nick Cannon. Although reps for the couple were not available for comment, rumors about an engagement have been circulating awhile.

At an after party for her Tribeca film "Tennessee" in New York, Carey, 38, worse a new bauble on her ring finger. People asked Cannon what he loved about Mariah, and his reply was "everything"... but Carey has said that she is only in love with one man - her dog!

The two were also spotted at New York's Tenjune nightclub Saturday night.

"Mariah and Nick looked really cozy. They were cuddling and made sure they held hands all night," an onlooker reported. "Mariah looked really proud to be there with Nick, and he seemed to be having a great time."

Both Cannon and Carey were recently in serious relationships. Cannon was engaged to Victoria's Secret model Selita Ebanks in 2007, but the two ended their relationship the same year. Carey had been seeing music executive Mark Sudack recently, although she never confirmed the relationship.

The judges usually critique each singer in turn after they perform. Last night they decided to wait until all the contestants had sung one song, then gave all the feedback together.

Paula couldn’t handle the change, though.

Shuffling through notecards, the visibly flustered judge offered up her criticism on two songs by Jason Castro. The problem: He’d only sung one song.

“Jason, first song, I loved hearing your lower register, which we never really hear, um….” Abdul began. “The second song, I felt like your usual charm wasn’t — it was missing for me. It kind of left me a little empty.”

The five contestants and Ryan Seacrest stood on the stage, baffled.

Over the week, I have received several email forwards from church friends and it is all about Oprah. I have received some comments from very annoyed folks in my previous post about Oprah Winfrey church. I wonder why they feel so strongly over what I said about Oprah? This is, as you can see, my faith blog and hence, what do people expect from a faith blog written by a blogger who is a Catholic? That I embraced Oprah cult?

Winfrey considers her conversations with Tolle, a man with a shady and un-checkable background, more important than her schools in Africa and Mississippi for underprivileged children, more important than her Angel Charity network or her zillion-dollar syndicated TV show. Tolle must be something else!

Anyway, I am not the one who said anything about Oprah Cult. I got this excerpts from an article I picked up from FOXNews written by Roger Friedman. Those are his opinions and I picked up from the long article what I think is interesting.

But is Eckhart Tolle an appropriate spiritual leader? He told an interviewer that he stopped going to school at age 13 and didn’t resume any education for at least a decade. In the same interview he says he graduated “with the highest mark at the London University.”

What is a cult? To me a cult is something when people twist the basic religious teachings to suit their lifestyle. And what are the basic religious teachings? What people generally understand about the few major religions and faith teachings. Any other, are just plain weird to me.

What makes Oprah’s seminars even more creepy are the “study groups” she has lined up for Tolle at bookstores and other locations around the world. They’re all hooked up to the seminars through Skype, and the members can ask questions. They all have that same glazed-over look as people giving testimonials on late-night infomercials.

Now I’m sure a lot of you guys are wondering why I’m writing about Oprah’s big give winner on this ‘make money online’ blog. Well, it’s simple. Oprah’s big give winner got $1 million dollars and even the runner-ups got $100,000 each. Now, you might be thinking, “well, who cares? What’s that have to do with making money online?” Pay attention and I will explain.

Let’s go over the details of Oprah’s big give finale. Basically, there were three contestants that were given a challenge of creating a “Big Give” in Chicago with absolutely no money at all. The three contestants - Stephen Paletta, Cameron Johnson and Brandi Milloy - worked as a team and it paid off for them. Literally.

Stephen Paletta connected with a friend at the Chicago Hope Academy. Cameron Johnson contacted the Blue Man Group for the students of the Chicago Hope Academy and Brandy Milloy convinced an executive chef to give private cooking lessons.

All of them participated to help each other as a team as well as help students of the Chicago Hope Academy. Stephen Paletta was awarded the grand prize of $1 million dollars while Cameron Johnson and Brandy Milloy got $100,000 each. And even the previously eliminated contestants were awarded with $30,000 each.

Again, how does that relate to making money online or blogging? Well, first, you obviously see potential and how much money a person could end up with through hard work and dedication. Not only that, but to make money online or blog, you need to have help in one way or another, right?

Now look at how much the contestants supported each other even though they were competing against one another. So, when it comes to blogging and making money online, you should look at your competition more like allies and all of you guys will be rewarded at the end. Of course, the reward will always vary but at least every who helped were rewarded. Just look at the eliminated contestants, they were still given money!

Also, the more you help others, the bigger the reward will be. That doesn’t necessarily mean the more money you will make, but it could be getting a bigger readership, more RSS Feeds subscribers, more traffic, meeting and forming friendships.

So, at the end of the day, we all need help in some sort of help and support. And at the end, we will all be rewarded accordingly. Like I always said, “help me help you!”

MOTEGI, Japan - Danica Patrick became the first female winner in IndyCar history Sunday, taking the Indy Japan 300 after the top contenders were forced to pit for fuel in the final laps.

Patrick finished 5.8594 seconds ahead of pole-sitter Helio Castroneves on the 1.5-mile Twin Ring Motegi oval after leader Scott Dixon pitted with five laps left and Dan Wheldon and Tony Kanaan came in a lap later.

“It’s a long time coming. Finally,” Patrick said. “It was a fuel strategy race, but my team called it perfectly for me. I knew I was on the same strategy as Helio and when I passed him for the lead, I couldn’t believe it. This is fabulous.”

The 26-year-old Patrick won in her 50th career IndyCar start, taking the lead from Castroneves on the 198th lap in the 200-lap race.

“I think Danica is such a fantastic person and I’m thrilled for her that the monkey is finally off of her back,” said Michael Andretti, co-owner of Andretti Green Racing. “We have all believed in her and she proved today that she is a winner. Frankly, I think this is the first of many.”

Dixon took the lead from Castroneves on the 93rd lap in the race pushed back to Sunday because of wet track conditions Saturday, but gave up the spot to pit for fuel.

“We led for a lot of laps but came up short,” Dixon said. “But congratulations to Danica for her first victory.”

Patrick, who started from the third row and made her final pit stop on lap 148, stayed close to the leaders throughout the race.

Patrick went from fourth to second place on lap 197 after Wheldon and Kanaan went into the pit on lap 196. She was as low as eighth place on the 189th lap.

“I knew there was a good reason for coming to Japan,” Patrick said. “I want to thank my team, the fans and everyone who supported me.”

Dixon was third, 10.0559 seconds behind Patrick. Wheldon was fourth, and Kanaan finished fifth.

Castroneves, awarded the pole position after qualifying was rained out Friday, said Patrick ran a great race.

“With five laps to go, I was saving fuel,” Castroneves said. “When Danica passed me, I realized she was the leader. She did a great job, passed me fair and square and that shows you how competitive our series is.”

Patrick finished a career-best seventh in the season standings last year, and was second in the race at Detroit’s Belle Isle.

The former couple will also divide their joint bank accounts and sort out other material possessions.

Moreover, PETA Senior Vice President Lisa Lange has also sent Beyonce and husband Jay-Z a luxurious faux-fur rug for present.

Along with the rug, Lisa also attached a note for the singer. "From all of us at PETA, we wish you much happiness in your life together. Please accept this faux-fur throw with many good wishes and a hope from us that together, you'll be a fur-free couple!" the note read.

Beyonce and PETA's dispute has been going on for years. They criticized her for using and wearing animal fur in her clothing line "House of Dereon". Even in death, he was remembered best as Kajol's father and Tanuja's estranged husband.Shomu, who died of a heart attack, had been unwell for quite a while, said a former associate.

"Ek Baar Muskara Do" was his first film as a producer. Made in 1972, it starred his older brothers and Tanuja. Shomu's whirlwind romance with Tanuja during the making of the film culminated in marriage in 1973. They had two children Kajol and Tanisha.

In 1973, Shomu made his directorial debut with ""Nanha Shikhari", but it didn't do well. After that he churned out quite a few films - "Chaila Babu", "Fifty Fifty" and "Pathar Ke Insan" - but could not replicate his father's success.

In 1994 Shomu produced and directed his last film, "Sang Dil Sanam", starring Salman Khan and Manisha Koirala. Once again, it didn't do well, and Shomu stopped making films.

Shomu, who had been living alone, died a day before son-in-law Ajay Devgun released made his directorial debut with "U, Me Aur Hum".

The affection of the entire Hindi film industry for Shomu was reflected in the way everyone from Ashutosh Gowariker to Karan Johar to Rani Mukerjee came to condole his family.

“Oxford was an amazing place but I was too young. By the time I was 15, I wanted to be in control of my life. I fought back,” she said.

That was the year she ran away from university.

Sufiah told the News of the World she ran away with £200 (RM1,280). She found a hostel in London for £14 (RM89.60) a night. After a week, she moved to a hostel in Bournemouth.

When she was found in an Internet cafe, Sufiah refused to go home. She was placed in foster care.

When she was 18, Sufiah returned to Oxford to resume her studies. She fell in love and married fellow student Jonathan Marshall a year later.

“At that time, I thought we would be together forever, but we married too young and grew apart,” she said.

After the divorce, she moved back to London and taught maths in the evening. Six months ago, she shifted to Manchester and became an escort.

“I still enjoy learning and I find it puts me in the right frame of mind for an intelligent conversation with my clients,” she said.

Sufiah is adamant about continuing with her “career” because “I have a nice life.”

She also does not want much to do with her parents. Describing the relationship as estranged, she said she was in contact with them occasionally but “couldn’t speculate what they will think of my new life.”

“I have never felt so confident about my body and I’ve had some of the best sex of my life,” she said.
